RISHA JEWELS offers a 30-days return policy for all unused and unworn items, with no questions asked. However, this policy does not apply to personalised jewellery except in cases of defective or purious products. The company reserves the right to process refunds after checking returned items. If a product is purchased from any other source, the return policies of the source of purchase apply.

In case of missing items in return orders, the company has the right to deduct up to the full Selling Price of the missing product from the refund amount. This applies to promotional products, free gifts, and silver coins.

Refunds are initiated once the product is received back in the warehouse. Customers can also request replacement or exchange of their order, with the same conditions as those applicable to returns. Replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up or delivered (in the case of Gold items).

To initiate a return request, customers can visit the website or app, or contact the Customer Support team. They will guide them through the process, which may involve a reverse pick-up and answering calls from the delivery partner. In rare cases, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable, requiring the customer to return the product via an alternate courier service like India Post.

In case of an empty parcel or missing product, customers should contact the customer support team within 24 hours of the package being delivered. A 360-degree unpacking video will be required for further processing. Insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering may result in the claim not being honored.
